  1. Novell Press is a new publishing group that produces books on Novell  
  2. products as well as other topics of interest to the networking  
  3. community. The books will be written by experienced users, including  
  4. system administrators, and CNEs and Novell staff.

  6. Novell Press books are published in cooperation with SYBEX, a leading  
  7. computer book publisher. SYBEX will assist with topic and author  
  8. selection and will manage the editorial, production and distribution  
  9. processes. Because of SYBEX's leverage in retail markets, Novell  
  10. Press books will be available at bookstores nationwide. Topics for  
  11. retail titles now under consideration or development include NetWare  
  12. 4.0, NetWare Problem Solving, Writing NLMs, Unix and LANs, and a CNA  
  13. Study Guide.

  15. Novell Press will also publish books that may have a more limited  
  16. retail potential, but supply information that is expected to be  
  17. useful to customers. These "specialty titles" will be funded by  
  18. Novell and will be available through Novell distribution channels as
